Working 20 years in the industry, Eric saw how large company overhead would drive the cost up 30, sometimes 50 percent! Our goal is to operate a LEAN system, minimizing waste and overhead, and carrying this cost savings over to the homeowner. With the average cost per square foot of property in Southern California being somewhere around $411.00/sf, it is our goal to create outdoor living solutions that allow you to maximize the use of every last square foot of your valuable space, and optimize the resale value of your home. Ultimately, we plan our build and design in a manner that brings your outdoor space and indoor space together as one.
